Dogs do so much for us, now we can give back the kind of touch that will help keep your pet healthy and happy!

Dogs can suffer from muscular strains and imbalances just like humans, resulting in sore, aching muscles, joint problems and even broken bones. Dogs can also hold in stress and tension which in turn can lead to physical problems.

Even though no treatment should ever take the place of regular check-ups and health care treatment from a license veterinarian, dog owners can still play a vital role in their dog's health, all by simple touch. Remember, dogs will always respond better to their owners, the ones they love and trust.

Dogs can sense our fear and grief, but more importantly, our love and commitment to them. This is why I show dog owners how, through simple touch, they can be a big part of their dog's health and help them recover from most injuries.

My name is Mike Lang and I have been in the field of Massage Therapy for many years. I graduated from one of the best schools in the industry, The Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City. I have continued my education of bodywork by going to seminars and building up my hours of training. I have had my own practice in Utah, Arizona and California, doing hundreds of massage sessions. I was also a Therapist at two, 5-start resorts in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Since 2003 I have been teaching Massage Therapy at a well known Southern California vocational school, focusing on educating my students into becoming professional and ethical Massage Therapists. I also hold a California Instructor Certificate in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage.

In 2003 I went to Santa Barbara, Calif for a 20 hour Certification course in Canine & Equine Massage Therapy, conducted by Joy Craft, DVM/CMT. After my certification I started working on my own program for relaxation, post injuries and techniques for older dogs.

I feel that the true benefits of Canine Massage can only come when the owner, not a stranger, does the sessions, the person who the dog knows, loves and trusts. This is why my program is focused on showing the dog owner the techniques.
